“No jumping!” – 31 y.o. man neglected the sign having rest with his friends near the pond by Lutsk. His jump costed him health. The man was taken to the hospital with broken neck. The witnesses took him from the water. They say he could talk, but could not move.

Now the doctors can not forecast his future condition. Such injures usually result into disabilities or even deaths.
