“Give us a battery – safe hedgehog” – this is a slogan of ecological action held in Lutsk city center. Children who brought used batteries got sweets as a present. For some hours the managers of the events collected two thousand batteries.

The event took place within the frames of ecological festival ‘Green School’. Around two hundred children participated.

The festival was organized thanks to Ukrainian – German project ‘Ecological friendship without borders’. Children who took part in eco-competitions got sweets and cups as reward.
