The president of Macedonia – George Ivanov- stated that he will not sign an agreement with Greece concerning the official name change. According to his words, the document contains many concessions for Greece.

The prime minister of Macedonia Zoran Zayev and the head of Ministry of Foreign affairs – Nikola Dimitrov, visited the president to inform him about the agreement. However, the meeting lasted for two minutes. The argument concerning name change lasted since 1991. This blocked country’s entrance to NATO.
