Ukrainian activist Volodymyr Balukh was placed into so-called ‘pencil’ – narrow camera where one can just sit or stand still. The Crimean right protecting group, Balukh was kept there for around two hours. They also took his fingerprint. Balukh complained to his relatives on headache and heart ache.

This acts are defined as additional pressure on the activist. The pre-trial detention center doesn’t comment on the situation.

Besides, Balukh has been hunger striking for 90 days already. He was detained in December, 2016. Russian law enforcements claimed they had found 90 patrons and some propellant sticks. The right protectors believe he is just a victim of repressions because of his pro-Ukrainian position.
