Almost everyone likes new passport of Ukrainian citizen. There were just a few cases of refusal from passport in the form of ID card – said the head of administrative service center Larysa Karpiak. Ukrainian citizen has to make a new ID document with special electronic device. Some people may add fingerprints, however, it is not obligatory.

Moreover, previously people had an opportunity to refuse from ID cards because of religious beliefs now they can’t do it.
