Lutsk ‘Bogdan’ plant ensures it does not collaborate with Russia. In 2014 the plant refused from Russian engines. However, the head of the enterprise says that each trolleybus needs 5-6 thousand of spare parts and it took three years to find Ukrainian or European equivalents.

Lutsk plant collaborates with France and Denmark the most. However, they used Kharkiv engines for the vehicles they sold to Kremenchuk.
