Conservative bloc of Angela Merkel and social democrats have finally made a breakthrough in their negotiations. They agreed to form a coalition. Spiegel informs social democrats receive three main ministries: of foreign affairs, of finances, of labor and social welfare.

Horst Seehofer, a member of Christian party, will be a head of ministry of internal affairs.

Martin Schulz, the leader of social democrats will be a head of ministry of foreign affairs.

Now 460 thousand members of social democrat party now have to vote for the deal. The process will last for 3 weeks. If social democrats adopt the deal, Germany will have new government on 1 April.
