Ruslan Kashaliuk was one of the first military volunteers who went to the east of Ukraine in summer 2015. He made a decision quickly because he was an activist of the revolution of dignity.

Ruslan spent 11 month on the east. Then he was seriously wounded. The result – contusion and two cysts in the head. Ruslan could not talk for six months. That was the time when he started painting for the first time in his life.

He presented his exhibition on 14 March. 90 paintings created using unique technique such as glass painting.

Ruslan portrays the soldiers. He do not sell his works, just on auctions. He prefers ho present the paintings to the relatives of the objects of his art.
