Several times per month ethnobotanist Heiden Stebbins works with a group of students, takes them to the park and tells them about edible herbs. She tells this kind of activity is very useful and it helps people be closer to the nature. Besides, it is not harmful to the environment because requires no transportation.

Roots taste like horseradish, leaves – like garlic or mustard. Herbs are very healthy and safe for humans. Moreover, Heiden teaches students how to distinguish poisoned plants too.
