It is the first time in the history of our country that the incumbent President goes to the court. Petro Poroshenko decided to participate in investigating 2014 Maydan crimes. He says he shares people’s dissatisfaction with the tempo of investigations. He believes that they could have done more for four years.

Later, the Presidential Administration confirmed that the case concerns ex-president Viktor Yanukovych. Besides, last year the general prosecutor of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko informed that last year reasonable suspicion was announced to 400 people.

Besides, Poroshenko signed a bill that allows the Revolution of Dignity participants’ family members to have an early retirement.
