Slovenia supports Ukraine in the EU. The leader of the country Borut Pakhor visited Kyiv. The outcome of the meeting was an announcement of the guest that Slovenia will support the position of Ukraine at the summit in Brussels. Poroshenko mentioning the intentions of the country highlighted the desire join Schengen zone. Slovenia is the westest country of Slavic world. It showed good results in the economical development. Besides, The presidents discussed future collaboration.

Next week there will be the opening of the monument to deceased Slovenian soldiers.  More than 15 000 militants died there during WWI.
