Authorities close the newly opened road a week after its opening. It costed local budget 800 000 euros. People complain the anthem sounded around the clock and it seemed like psychological tortures for them. The aim of the project was speed limitation – if it was more than 60 km/hour the music turned on. But when some cars were moving together the sound was unpleasant and very loud.

The Denmark was the first country to introduce such innovation in 1995. The technology used for its construction is similar to vinyl records’ one but more large-scaled. This way, any melody may be encrypted in the structure of the asphalt. For example, Honda company built a road for its advertising campaign in California. The melody sounding there is an opera by Italian composer Gioachino Rossini: William Tell Overture.
