Lutsk locals complain on unpleasant smell all around the town. They say it is terrible especially in the morning and in the evening.

Last year the experts from town council investigated the problem. There were some assumptions of its reason – treatment plants and illegal waste. However, it is not true.

This year there is a new theory – the ecologists say the problem is in sewerage. But to solve the problem the town council needs to find its exact reason. The ecologists will hold an inspection. After that they will decide what to do.
