Three largest German autoconcerns Volkswagen, BMW and Daimler can be related to human experiments. The information was provided by Suddeutsche Zeitung with reference to European experimental association on nature and healthcare protection. The organization was established in 2007 by Bosh company and German autoconcerns.

The experiment lasted since 2012 to 2015. Its purpose was to prove that nitrogen dioxide emission after  combustion of automotive fuel doesn’t cause the formation of malignant tumors. The document states that the organization’s board recommended to investigate the impact of diesel emission on healthy people’s organisms. 25 people participated but their names are not publicized.

Daimler claims they don’t have any connection to the experiment. Volkswagen accepts the scientific methods of investigation were wrong while BMW informs they weren’t directly related to experiments conduction.

The New York Times published the information about animals involvement to analogous experiments held on demand of Volkswagen last week.  The company apologized for it and stated that animal experiments conduction contradicts their ethical norms.

Steffen Seibert the current head of the German governmental press- and information agency strongly judges human experiments.
