At one of the Lutsk markets they sell milk and meat when the weather is higher than 20 degrees centigrade. Some people say they are afraid of buying the products there, because of flies. Others say they are regular customers.

Just one of the farmers brings dairy products in special fridges. Others do it in ordinary bottles. The quality of those products is doubtful…

Meanwhile the head of the market states they have were checked and each farmer has an appropriate permission.

Meat has to be kept when the temperature is <6 degrees centigrade. As for milk – it should be kept in glass. Other cases may cause different infections. Municipal service check the markets only after the complaints of the customers. In case of violations the seller may be made to pay a fine.
