Evangelist and spiritual mentor of twelve of the US presidents Billy Grem died in his house in North Carolina. He was 99 and suffered from cancer, pneumonia and other diseases. Grem is an author of books, besides, he is a TV-spiritual mentor, because he preached through TV screen.

He was a spiritual mentor of twelve of the US presidents starting from Truman up to Obama. He was a friend of Martin Luther King. In 1960s he stand bails for Luther after his arrests in demonstrations.

In 1950 he set up Evangel Association to spread Evangel. Since that time he preached in 185 countries behind 215 million people.
