At the crossing  near school #7 what is in Dubnivska street there are problems with the traffic lights. Some of them work partially – red light is on, but green is not. The passersby claim such situation is typical there. The problem is a burning one because every day around 800 pupils walk there. The municipals promised to fix traffic lights as soon as possible. Besides, Lutsk has won a tender for traffic lights lamps renewal. So the problem will soon disappear.
