Two 45-aged people died in the result of frostbite. An incident happened in Bystovytsia village. Locals inform that the married couple abused alcohol that day. They were drunk and didn’t feel cold. Doctors say, alcohol is a common reason of being sent to the burn center.

Doctor Andrii Kovalchuk says: ‘Frostbite can cause several diseases, blood vessels of the lower limb disease is among them. If you disobey and ignore safety rules, consequences will be fatal, i.e. part of feet amputation’

The doctor strongly recommends to dress up warm and absolutely not to use moisturizers before going outside.
