Taliban militants committed a terroristic act in governmental quarter in Kabul. At least 95 people died in result of explosion, more than 100 are injured.

It blasted near the old building of the ministry of internal affairs: terrorists bombed an emergency car near the police office.

Nusrat Rakhimi, deputy press secretary of the ministry of internal affairs, says one of the criminals could come through the police checkpoint. He told the police that he was carrying a patient to the nearest hospital. After that he blew up the car.
Witnesses comment the burst was of such loudness, that you could hear it anywhere in Kabul. They also note, that there were a lot of dead bodies near the epicenter of the attack.

The terroristic act happened a week after the attack in the Intercontinental hotel when 18 people died.
